Shipping policy

At Ann Studios, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship:

 

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped

 

Delivery Period

• Metro cities: 10-14 business days
• Other locations in India: 13-15 business days
• Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather, holidays, or courier delays
• Minimum time required by our courier partners to deliver your order are 10-15 days approximately depending upon the PIN code, some locations it can be faster.
  
• The product will be delivered in 12-15 business days depending upon PIN code.
  
• The exchange process will be completed in 7 business days. Exchanged products will be delivered in 15 business days depending upon PIN code
  
• Refunds will be credited in 12-14 business days.

 

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹3000
• For orders below ₹3000, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 may apply
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an extra service charge (visible at checkout)

 

Delivery Locations

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can also track your order from the My Orders section on our website.

 

Delivery Delays

We do our best to ensure timely delivery. However, unforeseen delays due to weather, logistics issues, or government restrictions may occur. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

 

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or unavailability, our courier partner will try again or return the package to us. In such cases:
