Refund policy

  • We offer exchange & returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 7 days.
  • Exchange timelines: Exchange process will be completed in 15 business days. Exchanged products will be delivered in 15 business days depending upon PIN code.
  • Upon authorization of returns we will gladly offer you a store credit which can be used anytime within one year validity from the date of issue.  
  • We’ll arrange for pickup or guide you through the manual process.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the warehouse address — Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address and should be notified via email.
  • GAUTAM ENTERPRISES, HOUSE NO. 7, ABHISHEK COMPLEX-3. CIVIL HOSPITAL ROAD, HARIPURA, ASARWA, AHMEDABAD, 380016. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pincode.
  • Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a Quality Check and once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.
  • Estimated delivery of all exchange queries fall between 15-20 working days.
  • If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of stock, we will make sure to credit the refund back to you.
  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • For all return orders, further steps will be taken once Quality Check on the product has been approved. This will be shared on your registered email address.
  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, WE WON’T PROCEED FORWARD WITH THE QUERY.
  • If issues still persist, kindly drop us an email with your name, number, order ID on contact@annstudios.in. We are available from Monday–Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement of order. Other than that, cancellation is not allowed. To cancel, email us at: contact@annstudios.in.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange/Return of Products

You may initiate the request of an exchange/return of a product if:

(a) Product does not fit;

(b) Both the product and shipping package have been damaged;

(c) Product is defective;

(d) Parts of the product or accessory are missing.

Exchange timelines: Exchange process will be completed in 20 business days. Exchanged products will be delivered in 20 business days depending upon PIN code.

You can exchange/return the product(s), purchased from us, provided the product(s) satisfy the below mandatory conditions:

  • The product has not been worn, cleaned or tampered with by you.
  • The brand tags, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged or discarded by you.
  • The product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.
  • Return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought and the product matches our records.
  • There is no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damage on the product.
  • The product(s), if bought as a set, should be exchanged as the complete set.
  • Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed and in a saleable condition.
  • We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.

    We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), innerwear & bodysuits and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically recieve a store credit on your registered email id within 7 business days. 

In case of non-availibility of stock, the refunds will be made to the original mode of payment. COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
If the return is rejected due to non-compliance (used/damaged/wrong item), the product will be returned back to the customer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@annstudios.in.

Cancellation Policy
